Support may include:

- Facilitating student observations in the classroom
- Sharing information with external providers (with parent/carer consent)
- Completing questionnaires from paediatricians or psychologists
📝 External Agency Visit Process
- Contact the Head of Program: Inclusion
- Complete the Parent/Carer External Agency Request Form
- Submit the form for Principal approval
- School contacts the agency; the agency completes the NDIS Provider Request Form
- Agency provides required documents: Blue Card, insurance, training, vaccination proof
- School schedules a suitable time for therapy
📌 Classroom observations by external agencies require consent from all parents in the class.
