This policy supports the Department of Education's obligations to manage and investigate complaints, including.Customer complaints, individual employee grievances, complaints , privacy complaints.Human rights complaints, public interest disclosures, complaints about early childhood education and care services,

  • Keep them engaged in school life
  • Create a safe and respectful environment for all

🛡️ Handling Concerns and Complaints

We follow the Department of Education’s guidelines to ensure all concerns are managed fairly and respectfully. This includes:

  • Feedback or concerns from parents and students
  • Staff member grievances
  • Complaints involving senior officials (e.g. the Director-General)
  • Privacy and human rights matters
  • Early childhood education and care issues
  • Public interest disclosures
  • Concerns from international students in EQI programs
